The health and safety of our customers and staff at Raw4pets’s is top priority.
We have been closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as it unfolds. In light of recent developments, we are writing to inform you of some additional changes we are implementing to our service to help ensure the safety of everyone working for and using Raw4pets.
NON – CONTACT DELIVERY NOW AVAILABLE
The most up-to-date recommendations focus on avoiding close contact with people who are unwell. Anyone of us at Raw4pets may have to take time off if we are feeling unwell and to date we have not had any reported cases. We understand that some customers may be self isolating or may be uncomfortable with close contact and therefore to help our customers, you can now request non-contact deliveries for your card payment orders by using the comments box on our website as follows:
1. Place your order as normal
2. At checkout, Select Credit/Debit Card/Bank Transfer as Payment Method.
3. Enter the words *** NON-CONTACT DELIVERY *** in the order comments box and any special instructions, e.g. leave on doorstep and ring the bell needs to self isolate or we can text you once we have delivered.
We have had an influx of requests for dog food and we are doing our best to get to everyone on time, however due to the high volume and despite our best efforts, we may be later than stated on your delivery slot. And can we also ask in accordance with the government recommendations, wherever possible could everyone rather pay by card when coming into the store, to avoid contact or pay via direct bank transfer.
Should you wish to stock pile please give us a weeks notice and we can get the stock for you. However at the moment we are fairly well stocked and our deliveries from our Suppliers which we have placed this week, are all going ahead as planned.
