March Newsletter

We’ve had quite the busy month in February with new brands and products coming in left, right and centre. The first new brand that we have in stock is Fettle Pets. We currently have Goats Milk Whole Powder 250g pouches, which is suitable for both dogs and cats. We are also looking at getting Pumpkin Powder 250g pouches in stock as well, which is amazing for unsettled stomachs and anal glands. We also have some new stuff in from Miro & Makauri, including toys and clip-on LED lights.

Billy No Mates is back in stock! This is a super popular treatment to rid your pet of ticks, fleas and mites that comes in both liquid and powder form. We have got double the amount of stock in as usual as we were unable to source any for months, so come and get some while we still have it!

Meaty Treat Boxes coming this month! We are very pleased to announce that we will now be selling treats by the box. Each box will contain a cow ear, cow hoof, lamb trotter, bully tube, pig ear, 2 rabbit ears, and 4 sausages. These will be priced at £5.95 per box. If your dog has any allergies and you would like to swap certain items, please ask in store and we can make up a fresh box to-order for you.  https://raw4pets.uk/product/meaty-treat-box

Our website now has a New Items page displaying all new products that have come in during the past month. If you think something is missing, or an item that you have purchased has disappeared from the new items page, you can also find it under the branded section, be sure to check out our new items each month!

We have received some sad news regarding Nurture Them Naturally, we have been informed that they have made the decision to stop trading for a few weeks due to personal reasons. This means that the current stock we have of NTN will be all we have available until they resume trading. We will be more than happy to discuss alternative products with you, just ask a member of staff for assistance.

Nutriment have bought back Rabbit and Rabbit & Turkey flavours, so we have also increased our stock count for those too. We also now have sprats and small marrow bones back in store. We know that the fish treats are extremely popular, so we aim to keep a good number of packs in at all times.  And we offer a recycling scheme for Nutriment Black Tubs, so if you wash and clean them, we have a drop off polybox  in the shop, or hand it to the delivery person, or leave it out for collection when your delivery is due.  And we take them back to Nutriment.

The number of reviews has increased exponentially, so we thank you very much for that. If you haven’t left us a review on Google or Facebook, please feel free to follow this link, alternatively you can scan the QR code on the table when you’re buying your items.

We are currently asking that if anybody has any of our bags to spare, if they could please bring them back to the shop, we can then recycle them and get a second, or even third life out of them. Now that we are storing orders in the walk-in, we’ve noticed that the bags aren’t as fragile as they once were and are less prone to snapping at the handle. Hopefully the days of broken bags are one of the past! So please, if you could bring bags back to be reused, we would value it.

As always, we are on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/raw4pets and Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/raw4pets, where you can follow and like us for in-store updates, product of the day, staff shenanigans and the occasional pictures of the staff pets.

Wishing you all the very best for March 2024
