Nutritional Analysis: Protein 16.6%, Crude oils & Fats 15%, Crude Ash 2.4%, Crude Fibres 0.2%, Moisture 65.8%

Preparation:

Cut through packaging whilst still frozen and peel off before defrosting. Store in a sealed container. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and best to use within 3 days.
Can be defrosted enough to re-portion and refreeze, if required.

Normal Hygiene rules apply for preparing and handling fresh/raw ingredients. Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling.
