Happy new year! The raw4pets family want to wish all of our loyal customers a happy and safe 2025. We look forward to being able to welcome in a year of success, happiness and good health. We have some big plans for the year ahead and we can’t wait to show you what’s on the horizon.

We are very happy to announce that we have officially been approved to stock KONG products, which means we will be able to offer you good quality, longer lasting toys and alternative options to chewing. We anticipate that these products will be with us in the coming weeks, so keep an eye on the newly added products tab on our website.

Our goal this year is to be even bigger and better than previous years. We want to offer you the largest possible range of quality foods, treats, supplements and accessories for your fur family, and we hope that this year will be the year to expand even further. We have some exciting plans that we are working towards that couldn’t be done without your loyalty and dedication to choose shopping with a small business like us, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts, because none of this is possible without you.

We sometimes have some issues with our website reflecting the true amount of stock that we have, this is down to some technical hitches somewhere down the line, but if you put an order in and we don’t have what you need we will always contact you to offer an alternative. If there is something you want that is listed as out of stock, you can always select the Notify me when in stock option to receive an email as soon as it gets to our shop door. We have also noticed that many customers who use our website are somehow getting through to our staging website. We are doing our best to try and prevent this from happening however at the moment we are asking people to please be patient and let us know via email if you are having issues.

On our website you can check out our newly added products page, this will list everything that is new from the last month. We’re working hard to make sure that our stock quantities are reflected accurately, as mentioned above, if you place an order and the item isn’t available, we’ll be in touch to let you know and offer alternatives. We also have our sales link, where you can find all of the products that are currently on sale.

Once again, we’re asking that if anybody has any of our bags to spare, if they could please bring them back to the shop, we can then recycle them and get a second, or even third life out of them. And we offer a recycling scheme for Nutriment Black Tubs, so if you wash and clean them, we have a drop off polybox in the shop, or hand it to the delivery person, or leave it out for collection when your delivery is due so we can take them back to Nutriment.
