Feeding guide
As a general guide an adult dog needs 2-3% of their bodyweight per day and a puppy up to 6%

Being a fresh product once defrosted, keep for 48-72hours in a refrigerator. This meal should be fed raw. Thoroughly defrost food before serving.

Always remember good hygiene practices, handle as you would any other raw meat. Wash hands and utensils after handling

For courier delivery we ship in polystyrene boxes. We ship on a next day service via a parcel delivery service and will ship Monday to Thursday only. You must be available to recieve your parcel. We will not be responsible for missed or late deliveries. The product will defrost over time after 36 hours in the shipping box and where defrosting takes place these can be easily re-frozen

Packaging – PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
We are always trying to reduce our carbon footprint. Sending raw via courier typically involves using polystyrene boxes. We want to get away from these boxes and as such we use a cardboard box lined with bubble wrap and a foil blanket. Under normal condition this works fine, on occasion the product can arrive with a small loss in hardness of the food which has no effect on the food itself. It can be simply popped in the freezer to harden off. By placing an order with us you agree to this form of packaging and accept that a small loss of product hardness may be experienced. Do bear in mind that most other producers have already defrosted their meat for processing and refrozen it whereas we are one of very few that produce from frozen
